7. Data Deletion

When you choose to delete your account, it is deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent erasure 7 days later. If you sign in again during those 7 days, the deletion is cancelled and your account is restored.

Once the 7-day period has passed, the following data is permanently erased:

• Account information and personal profile
• All skin photos, including the files held on our storage service
• Analysis history and trend data
• Care plans and your product library
• Chat and consultation history

Please note: After the 7-day period, erasure is irreversible and the data listed above cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.

8. Children's Privacy

LumiBunny is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
