Delete Your Account

1. About This Page

This page explains how to delete your LumiBunny (known as "问肤兔" in Chinese) account and what happens to your data afterwards. You can request deletion at any time, either from within the app or by contacting us by email if you have already uninstalled it.

2. Deleting Your Account in the App

If you still have LumiBunny installed, the fastest way to delete your account is from inside the app:

1. Open the LumiBunny app and sign in to your account
2. Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar
3. Scroll down to the Account & Security section
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm the request

Deleting only some of your data

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove individual items:

• Care cycles: open the care cycle, tap the menu in the top right and choose Delete.
• Goals: open goal management and tap the delete icon next to the goal you want to remove.
• Anything else (for example a particular photo or analysis report): email 295064@qq.com from your registered address and tell us what you would like removed. We will verify your identity and carry it out. Your account and remaining data are not affected.

3. The 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

Once you submit a deletion request, your account is deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent erasure 7 days later. You will no longer be able to use the service during this period.

If you change your mind, simply sign in again with the same account within those 7 days. The deletion is cancelled automatically and your account is restored along with its data. Once the 7 days have passed, restoration is no longer possible.

4. Data That Is Permanently Erased

After the 7-day cooling-off period ends, the following data is permanently erased:

• Your personal profile
• Photos you have uploaded
• Skin analysis records and reports
• Care plans
• Your product library
• Consultation conversations
• Photo files, feedback screenshots, and avatar files held on our storage service

5. Data We Retain After Deletion

For security and compliance purposes, we keep an audit record of the deletion itself for up to 90 days. This record does not contain any of the personal content listed in section 4.

6. If You Can No Longer Access the App

If you have already uninstalled LumiBunny or cannot sign in, you can still request deletion by email:

• Send an email to 295064@qq.com
• State clearly in the subject line that you are requesting account deletion
• Include the email address you registered with

We will verify your identity and then carry out the deletion on your behalf. The same 7-day cooling-off period, erasure scope, and 90-day audit retention described above apply.
